Whoever is born is doomed to stay there until his death. Whoever settles there will never get away.

The apparently picturesque village of Beek (Limburg) is in the grip of the Wylerheks, a woman from the seventeenth century whose eyes and mouth are sewn shut. She walks silently through the streets and penetrates the houses, she is at your bedside for nights. Everyone knows that her eyes should never be opened.

Every effort is made to keep her presence a secret. But when a group of young people decide to go viral with the witch, she slowly but surely drifts modern society into medieval practices. And then the revenge of the Wylerheks hasn't even started ...
