On July 24, 2022, Team Jumbo-Visma crowned their work when Jonas Vingegaard rode into Paris as the winner of the Tour de France. In the three years leading up to the Tour victory, writer Nando Boers stayed close to Team Jumbo-Visma. As a fly-on-the-wall, he was allowed to be present at everything and thus saw up close how the cycling team's tactical race plans were formed and executed.
